- Support pricing, margin analysis, and other commercial initiatives
- Ensure the finance function is well-positioned to support continued growth and potential funding activity
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially astute, transformation-minded finance leader who combines technical rigour with a pragmatic, solutions-led approach. You will likely have experience in a scaling business, ideally within SaaS, technology, or a subscription-based model.
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong grounding in financial controls, reporting and process improvement
- Experience overseeing audits and statutory compliance
- Exposure to multi-entity and/or multi-currency operations desirable
- A hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Comfortable balancing operational delivery with strategic input
- Prior experience managing and developing junior team members
Package
