Are you passionate about plants and the outdoors? We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team! Whether maintaining beautiful landscapes, designing new garden layouts, or ensuring plant health, youll play a vital role in creating and preserving stunning outdoor spaces across London.

Responsibilities

• Planting & Maintenance: Care for flowers, trees, and plants through watering, pruning, and general upkeep (shrub beds, hedges).
• Moving and strimming grass fields, weeds, walkways etc,
• Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters, weed control hard surfaces,
• Moss treatment and using Westermann Honda moss remover,
• Hoe flower/ shrub bed,
• Leaf Collection,
• Blowing of Hard Surfaces,
• Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters
• Monitoring: Assess plant health, manage growth, and protect against pests and diseases.
• Landscaping: Install and maintain features like pathways, rockeries, and ponds.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure gardening tools and machinery are properly maintained.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.

Skills & Experience

• Clear and full UK drivers license is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
• Ability to identify a variety of plants.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift, carry, and operate machinery.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team:This role is physically demanding and primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
