Dental by Design is redefining what private dental care means in London. As part of our growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Treatment Experience Advisor to become the linchpin of our patient journey—someone who’s as skilled in personal connection as they are in sales strategy.

This isn’t just a coordination role—it’s about inspiring confidence, nurturing commitment, and helping individuals take action toward better oral health. You’ll guide prospective patients from their first enquiry through to booking treatment, ensuring every step is seamless, positive, and impactful.

The Essentials

• Position: Treatment Experience Advisor (Sales-Focused, Patient-Facing)
• Location: Hammersmith, London – based in our modern private dental clinic
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• Base Salary: £30,000–£35,000
• On-Target Earnings: £60,000–£75,000 (uncapped commission)

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Responding promptly to new patient enquiries—offering clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Booking consultations by identifying needs and matching patients with the right clinician.
• Meeting patients in person post-consultation to explain treatment plans and support next steps.
• Following up to answer concerns, build trust, and drive treatment acceptance.
• Tracking interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a similar role within private healthcare, aesthetics, or dental.
• A confident communicator who can build rapport and move conversations forward.
• Proven sales ability—ideally in treatment or service conversion.
• Highly organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
• A patient-first mindset with an understanding of private healthcare journeys.
