The Regulatory Compliance Project Management and Reporting (PMR) function is responsible for supporting other Regulatory Compliance Teams through governance activities, metrics and reporting, budget support, project management, and operational improvements. The Senior Associate of Project Management and Reporting will execute the PMR function. Responsibilities include: What you’ll be doing: Metrics & Reporting Develop and implement a comprehensive Regulatory Compliance metric and reporting program, including analyzing current processes, defining objectives, designing data collection, integrating data, reviewing metrics, creating reporting frameworks, and implementing automation and visualization enhancements. Collaborate with Compliance teams to innovate and improve reporting processes. Governance Support development, tracking, and reporting of team objectives and key results. Assist in budget development and tracking, and share governance best practices across teams. Operational Effectiveness Assess and improve existing processes, workflows, and tools for efficiency. Project Management & Vendor Support Provide end-to-end project management support, including planning, prioritization, resource management, and communication. Draft business requirements, coordinate vendor/solution implementations, and partner with internal tech teams. Lead special projects to mature or expand Regulatory Compliance. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. 5+ years in project management, reporting, or data analytics, preferably in FinTech. Proficiency in GSheets, SQL, and experience with automation and data visualization tools. Experience managing projects from inception to completion, familiar with tools like Jira, Asana, and communication platforms like Slack. Strong presentation, communication, technical writing skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a data-driven decision-making mindset. Nice to haves: Interest or experience in cryptocurrency. Exposure to financial regulators.
