Ocean Infinity is seeking a BoM Coordinator responsible for creating, updating, and managing the Bill of Materials (BoM) for products or projects. The role involves ensuring accuracy, facilitating inventory management, and supporting cost control. The coordinator will collaborate with various teams including Payload Integration, Engineering Design, Procurement, HSEQ, Fleet Mobilisation, and Operational Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- BoM creation & maintenance: Develop and maintain detailed BoMs for different products or projects.
- BoM review: Identify discrepancies, produce and circulate accuracy metrics weekly.
- Cost control: Assist in cost analysis and propose cost-saving ideas.
- Documentation: Keep organized records, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Change management: Manage updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure alignment and act as liaison.
- Software & tools: Use and stay updated with BoM management software.
Qualifications
