As a Sales Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative creative solutions, enhancing Fandom’s sales efforts through visually compelling designs that resonate with entertainment and gaming audiences. You will play a key role in ensuring the visual consistency of our brand experience while meeting client needs and supporting the team’s goals. This position requires the ability to deliver unique creative solutions, adapt to changing directions, and actively communicate at all phases of a project. You Will...
- Work with our sales and creative teams to design desktop and mobile ads, rich media ads, mocks for pitch decks, and other sales collateral.
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, account managers, and clients to fulfill project goals.
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring alignment in creative execution.
- Deliver outstanding design in a wide range of formats for a variety of brands.
- Be an advocate for design internally and externally, driving creativity and innovation.
- Deliver clean, production-ready digital files that meet client specifications.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative assets to meet diverse client needs and audience preferences.
You Have...
- 2+ years of graphic design experience in a professional environment, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with demonstrable skills in creating professional-quality designs.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles, with examples of practical application in previous work.
- Proven ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and visually, during collaborative projects and presentations.
- Demonstrated experience taking creative direction and delivering high-quality work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Versatility to design within established look and feel or style guidelines, evidenced by prior work adhering to brand standards.
