They are at the forefront of helping clients in customer-facing industries to modernise operations, enhance customer experience and drive growth by a blend of strategy and advancements in technology.
This role will enable the Digital Business Analyst to play a huge role in driving innovation and delivering seamless customer experiences across web and mobile app platforms for some of retailβs most exciting brands. Being able to thrive at the intersection of business, technology and User Experience is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Contentful CMS requirements, workflows and content modelling.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to define digital requirements for mobile apps and web platforms.
- Gather business requirements across retail commerce journeys, CMS workflows and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
The Person

- Have a strong domain knowledge across retail and consumer environments.
- Hands-on experience with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms. (Required)
- Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles.
- Experience with composable or headless commerce platforms.
- Have experience with OMS and/or CRM integration.
