Valuation - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor (Remote Working)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor who is ready to step into a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate or even Senior Associate level to join a successful and collaborative team at Bruton Knowles who has deep local roots and national reach. You will have access to our Wimborne hub and team. This role is field based, permanent, full time. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches for this role.

You will have a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for commercial, bank & investment and development land. We have a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, giving you the variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact. As part of a wider national valuation network, you will have the opportunity to contribute to larger portfolio valuations and benefit from the shared knowledge of specialists across the UK.

This opportunity would suit someone who is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer to carry out Red Book valuations on commercial, bank/investment properties. Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out Red Book valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending and accounting purposes.
• Supporting the team in providing high quality valuation advice to a wide range of clients.
• Helping to secure business opportunities from client development for the company.

MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential. Approximately 2 years PQE valuation experience or those approaching Registered Valuer status will be considered. Experience in commercial valuation within consultancy, bank/investment market, with some experience of valuing mixed use properties is required. A full driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
