We’re hiring for one of the most exciting AI-first creative tech platforms in the space right now. They’re building tools that give creators and brands full control of their visual storytelling, powered by some of the most advanced generative models in the industry. With a suite of top-ranked apps, an in-house AI research team, and a newly open-sourced visual generation model, this team is redefining how content gets made and distributed. From creators and artists to marketers and media companies, their tools are already shaping the future of digital production.
You’ll lead product strategy and execution within a core area of the business, working on cutting-edge AI capabilities that power next-gen creative tools used by millions. You’ll take ideas from concept to launch, set product vision, define success metrics, and work across teams to make it all happen. The focus is on user value, quality, and technical excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Deeply understand the user, market, and competitive landscape
- Lead roadmap development and execution across a key product area
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and AI teams to bring features to life
- Define quality standards and metrics for AI-powered features
- Track impact, iterate fast, and continuously improve the product
- Own everything from strategy to detail — from “why are we building this?” to “how do we measure success?”
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in product management with strong foundations in UX, data, and strategy
- Experience working on GenAI products or visual content tools
- Proven ability to define and ship high-quality products at pace
- Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: knowledge of photo/video editing, computer vision, or design workflows
- Bonus: experience with B2B creative tools or enterprise customer workflows
You’ll be joining a world-class team that blends creativity, tech, and real-world impact. There’s massive user reach, serious product ambition, and the freedom to make a real difference. And the benefits package? One of the best around (7% pension, £3k transport allowance, private medical, stock options, and more). If you’re a product manager with a passion for creative tech and GenAI, this is your chance to help shape where it all goes next.
