Function: Sales Support - Customer Engagement
Full time, permanent role (onsite)
Base salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonuses (additional 10% of earnings)
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexible)

Qualifications and skills needed for Sales Executive (Telesales) role:
- Happy to work in a telesales environment (Corporate B2B sales)
- Happy to work in an open office environment Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive (Telesales):
- Providing seamless support to the Sales Manager in following up contacts, leads, information, through to firming up a booking for the Sales Manager to meet face to face with the target customer.
- Call potential contacts, or contacts of contacts to follow up on potential referrals and sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to sync up Sales activity and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain and update customer records, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management board pack.
- Track and follow up on pending sales activities and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
