At 20:20 Innovation we have a new and exciting opportunity in our sales team as we are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the New Member, Member Success and Account Management teams and for achieving growth and sales targets. We are proudly working with over 2,000 firms with technical training, practical tax support, practice management, marketing content and much more. We help firms grow their client base, advise their clients, expand their service offerings and prosper in the changing environment. You will be joining 20:20 Innovation at an exciting time of rapid growth in both our core membership offering and expanding additional services. 20:20 Innovation is a friendly place to work with a great team culture.
The Sales Manager is a full time role (35 hours per week) working at our 20:20 Innovation office in Coleshill 3 days a week and 2 days working at home. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the senior leadership team to deliver the sales plan, and to develop business plans and retention strategies to expand the customer base.
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who brings innovative ideas, knowledge and experience in sales and combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. As a small but rapidly expanding business, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful sales leadership that is integral to our growth.
Success in this role requires:
- Knowledge, experience and a proven track record of success within the entire sales process, significant line management experience and analytical tools to optimise sales performance.
- Proven track record of success within the entire sales process in similar subscription-based businesses.
- Experience of and ability to coach, advise and positively motivate a sales team.
- Experience of building and driving a high-performance team.
- Data-driven and consultative approach to sales leadership.
- Analytical skills to produce and provide reports of sales performance and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Strong IT skills – proficient user of MS Office packages.
- Organised self-starter, able to work without direct supervision.
