To further our expansion, we are now recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to play a prominent role in our Ops/Regs aligned UX Team, helping produce enterprise UX design for in-house systems, serving our Customer Service and Operational teams, helping them to continue to deliver excellent service to our customers. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6/7 years experience in UX and who wants to join a passionate team of creatives working with the financial services industry.

What you'll do

  • Design leadership: Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals. Play a key role in shaping our overall strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels within the Ops/Regs area.
  • Enterprise UX: There will be a focus on workflows, addressing complexity and simplifying data visualisation.
  • Business driven: The goal is to provide dashboards and systems to help our Customer facing teams, focusing upon improving productivity and enhancing decision making processes.
  • Design Systems: You have extensive knowledge in creating and maintaining components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration, contributing extensively to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.
  • Collaboration: You are able to collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams and will play a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration.
  • Decision making: You can make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations and creative goals.
  • Research: You can illustrate skills in designing and overseeing comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. You can effectively communicate design ideas, rationales and strategies clearly and persuasively to various audiences. You will be an advocate for UX in the wider business looking for opportunities to showcase UX. You will be able to inspire and motivate team members providing mentorship and guidance.
