We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work a 180-desk model, focused purely on new business acquisition and client relationship development across the booming US construction sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Developing and managing client relationships across the US construction and civil engineering market
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our footprint
- Partnering with delivery consultants to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
- Staying up to date on market trends, project pipelines, and hiring needs
- Working US-aligned hours to best serve clients and build relationships
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technical or construction sectors
- Proven track record in business development or client management
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
