Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Manchester. The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate the agile development process, ensuring teams adhere to Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products efficiently. This position involves guiding and coaching both the Scrum team and the wider organization on implementing Scrum practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration. Scrum teams range from 8-10 individuals per team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings
- Coaching team members in Agile, SAFe, and KANBAN frameworks
- Managing the product backlog
- Implementing risk management strategies
- Removing impediments and creating an environment where teams can perform at their highest level
- Supporting the seamless flow of work from inception to delivery
This role requires 4-days onsite in Manchester.
Must Have:
- Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience working within Scrum, SAFe, and KANBAN Frameworks
- Experience working with JIRA and/or Confluence
- One or more of the following certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe
- Extensive experience working in an agile methodology
- Daily stand ups, 2 week sprints, participate in sprint retrospectives
- Experience within a banking or financial industry
