We’re searching for an incredible Building Services Manager! This full-time role is based within the development, where you will ensure the property consistently meets all maintenance, health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team.

What will you do?
- Manage a team of 6 effectively
- Handle budget management
- Promote strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the development and conduct regular site inspections
- Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements
- Establish safe operational procedures considering hazards, and recommend necessary changes
- Oversee health and safety audits and follow-up actions
- Coordinate annual testing and training to ensure compliance, maintaining accurate records
- Encourage peak performance through goal setting, one-to-ones, personal development, team meetings, and reviews
What are we looking for?
- Experience in facilities management
- Property or residential management experience (preferred)
- Experience managing contractors
- People management skills with a track record of achieving results through teams
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and best practices
- Proficiency in current health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Required: Rent Smart Wales qualification or willingness to complete it within the first 3 months of employment
