  • Initiate and undertake small station debriefs and support post-event reviews.
  • Capture learning outcomes, produce debrief reports and recommend service improvements.
  • Develop and implement innovative ways of working across SFRS and the Southeast region.
  • Contribute to operational learning using internal and external data sources.
  • Ride operationally at least one day per month to maintain competence.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the role.
  • Ability to travel throughout the county.
  • Willingness to support change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to workload and hours.
