We’ve been retained by a fast-growing, people-first hotel group to appoint a Head of Meetings & Events Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader in the hospitality sector to take on a high-impact, multi-site role, managing a talented team and driving the commercial performance of some of London’s most exciting hotel event spaces.
As Head of Meetings & Events Sales, you’ll lead the group’s M&E sales function — overseeing a team of 10 across both proactive and reactive sales. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, a strong commercial instinct, and a genuine passion for developing people.
You’ll be part of the senior commercial team, working closely with General Managers, the wider sales & marketing team, and operations leaders to ensure the meetings and events business continues to grow in both volume and value.
- Owning the group-wide meetings & events sales strategy, both proactive and reactive
- Building relationships with key corporate, agency, and direct clients
- Creating smart, data-led plans to increase conversion and optimise team performance
- Ensuring sales systems, processes, and reporting are fit for purpose and scalable
- Acting as a senior leader within the business, contributing to wider commercial decisions
- Collaborating with GMs and ops teams to ensure smooth end-to-end event delivery
We’re looking for a high-performing sales leader with experience in multi-site hotel groups or venue chains, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
