Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to enhance technology use, integrating new tools alongside existing systems like Netsuite and SharePoint to streamline processes and improve output quality.
- Assisting partners and consultants in proposal creation, coordinating logistics such as clarification queries, deadline tracking, information gathering, credential selection, document drafting, proofreading, and final submission.
- Maintaining and updating the proposal development SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, accessible, and serving as a key resource for inquiries.
