Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their strategic growth in Gloucestershire / Oxfordshire.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver valuation instructions from start to finish, with support from junior and senior colleagues.
• Manage and grow client relationships at middle to senior management levels.
• Prepare valuation reports and submissions in line with RICS standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the valuation sector.
• Contribute to team fee targets and support the delivery of major projects.
• Continuously improve processes, techniques, and service delivery.

✅ What We\’re Looking For:

• MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a valuation role, ideally within a chartered surveying firm.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuations.
• Strong understanding of market trends, valuation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Argus/KEL or similar software (training can be provided).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
