We are currently recruiting for an experienced Online Trading Manager to join a high-profile organisation in the sports and entertainment sector on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an immediate start role with a strong focus on driving eCommerce performance and optimising the customer journey.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations for the online store, lead commercial trading campaigns, and play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Manage site trading, merchandising, and content across the eCommerce platform
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including key retail events
- Optimise site performance and user experience (UX), with a mobile-first mindset
- Monitor sales, customer behaviour, and stock availability using analytics tools
Proven experience in online trading, ideally within sports, fashion, or retail.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering sales growth
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web analytics tools
- Ability to work during peak periods and major retail events (e.g., select event days and during high-demand retail campaigns)
Full training will be provided in key operational areas.
