We are looking for a committed and motivated Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay at the iconic Savoy Hotel. Home to hundreds of years of Hollywood and history, the Savoy Grill restaurant has seen some of the world’s most famous faces pass through its gilded doors within the legendary Savoy Hotel. In Spring 2023, Savoy Grill undertook a momentous renaissance, making the restaurant an even more iconic destination. The restaurant was transformed with an elegant new look, creating a unique restaurant that is representative of Savoy Grill's rich history in the glamorous golden age. A fantastic showcase of the highest quality British produce.

What you do as a Chef de Partie:

  • You pride yourself in running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes – taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences.
  • You are confident in leading, training, and developing the more junior members of the team and you naturally enjoy building relationships with others.
  • You are keen to use your great cooking, organisational and time management skills, energy, confidence, and passion for food to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.
