A global healthtech leader is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead strategy and execution across the UK and Ireland. This senior leadership role carries full ownership of a £60M+ region, with 7 direct reports and a wider team of 20. As part of the UK & IRL leadership team, you will play a central role in commercial performance, growth strategy, and talent development across the region.

What you’ll lead:

  • National sales performance across public and private markets
  • Strategic account growth and new market penetration
  • Coaching and development of a high-performing sales team
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
  • Commercial planning, pricing, CRM, and territory optimisation
  • Presence at industry events and customer-facing leadership
