Role Summary: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Process Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will:

  • Maintain and improve the standards for how we develop and manage policy, process and documents across ISS.
  • Support business process development in a rigorous and systematic way across ISS.
  • Document management across ISS.

Contract: Permanent

Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid)

Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£40,000 DOE

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for guiding and delivering the Framework (standards, process) for how we develop and maintain relevant documentation in ISS.
  • Act as the β€˜home’ for process discipline skills to drive one common way of writing documentation across ISS.
  • Lead regular document management reviews with business functions (Governance) to drive continuous improvement, updates and maintenance of our Procedures.
  • Run the BPO network to formulate annual work programmes, understand gaps in our procedures and areas of focus to build an annual plan.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of templates and other reusable process information - creating additional process assets as required.
  • Work with Athena team to drive adoption of our procedures.
  • Introduce process and task mining techniques to ISS at the appropriate time to drive efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • Knowledge of process design and procedural writing.
  • Strong familiarity with quality management and continuous improvement concepts to drive procedure optimization.
  • Able to promote and drive new ways of working that improve agility, speed, and delivery.
  • Continually apply a digital lens to business and value-stream strategies and requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivery in a global, cross-functional organization.
  • Able to lead through influence.
  • Self-starter also able to take direction and come up with ideas and solutions.
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (desirable).
  • Demonstrable experience of Process analysis and design.
  • Experience with developing process flows, writing procedures and using tools to drive how we embed documentation.
