Are you data driven and hungry to succeed? This role requires a person who can roll their sleeves up, be curious, love data and find those opportunities to maximise our automotive partners solutions. You will be working closely with every department within CBS as well as your allocated automotive manufacturer brands such as Audi, BMW, Toyota, KIA and Jaguar Land Rover. Itβs a very important and hands on role that will expose your talents across the business, allowing you to have an influence and impact on the future performance of our solutions.
The current team of Manufacturer Partnership Managers are driven, knowledgeable and highly respected as commercial and industry experts. They are a destination point within the business, so this role is not for the faint hearted, itβs suited to someone who wants to get involved on all aspects of the business, especially data, reporting and operational processes. Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of CBS solutions to align with OEM partner goals.
- Monitor and enhance existing schemes based on performance and competitor analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of scheme updates within CBS systems.
- Brand Expertise
- Gain strong understanding of each OEM brand, including products, goals, and market context.
- Analyse OEM data (e.g., production, lead times, used car trends) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry news to support strategic planning and marketing.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Report on performance trends and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Enhance KPI and scheme reporting to align with CBS and OEM objectives.
- Use data to uncover trends and support business cases for scheme enhancements.
- Communication
- Provide regular updates to CBS and OEM stakeholders on scheme activity and performance.
- Maintain CRM records and produce management reports with commercial insights.
- Create marketing briefs to drive awareness and participation in schemes.
- Team Collaboration
- Share best practices and collaborate across teams to solve challenges and drive results.
- Represent brand performance in meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery of project actions.
Qualifications:
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, ideally in a business, commercial, or related discipline.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, patience, and dedication to delivering work to the highest standards.
- Exceptionally well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-driven and accountable, with a strong commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
- Proven experience in managing client accounts and building strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders.
