About the role
Sytner Warwick has an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre, enthusiastic Local Business Development Manager to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing outstanding relationships with local businesses to secure and maintain their company car fleets. Experience in this industry or a similar sales environment is advantageous but not essential. You must be driven, enthusiastic, and eager to succeed. A desire to bring new ideas to expand and develop the corporate department is essential. You should also be excited about embracing our positive, proactive culture and maintaining high standards and commitments to our customers.
Your key objectives include (but are not limited to):
- Developing new business opportunities within the Market Area and nurturing relationships through regular contact and follow-up programs.
- Proactively managing existing Key Accounts, focusing on maintaining service levels, building strong relationships at both individual and company levels, and seeking additional business opportunities where appropriate.
