We are looking for an EMEA Sales Leader whose mission is to be a strategic growth driver who builds both as an independent contributor while leading a high-performing team to expand our footprint and pipeline across the region. Accelerating science requires strong, focused leadership to drive commercial success across EMEA—ensuring that our automation solutions reach the right labs, faster.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Building pipeline, initially acting as an independent contributor directly reaching out to customers to plan and execute Lunch & Learn and new meeting activities in order to get face-to-face with customers.
- Rationalizing quota and development goals to new strategic EMEA territory divisions.
- Leading and managing the Strategic Account Directors across the EMEA region.
- Building a strong team culture that reflects our values and supports growth.
- Setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and supporting team development.
- Driving pipeline growth by working closely with Marketing and other teams to generate demand.
- Owning and delivering regional sales targets, helping the team close key deals.
- Rolling out strategy in EMEA in alignment with global sales leadership and tailoring it to local needs.
- Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and other functions to ensure strong execution and customer outcomes.
- Using data to track progress, identify issues, and improve performance.
- Supporting account planning, territory setup, and resource allocation.
- Championing our mission to accelerate science by making lab automation accessible.
What It Takes
- Proven success leading enterprise or strategic sales teams across EMEA.
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Experience in lab automation, liquid handling platforms, large scale integrated laboratory solutions and integrated peripheral equipment.
- Track record of success in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to build pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally to drive demand.
- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with confidence in forecasting and performance tracking.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and strategic selling.
- Passion for accelerating science through innovative technology.
