T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed. Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans. If you have previous experience in Welding and would like to join a Company that offers full training, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!
Job Details:
- £31,200 per annum
- Annual bonus scheme can take salary up to £34,320
- Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
- 40 hour working week
- Company pension scheme
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays when permanent

Welder Role & Responsibilities include:
- Laser welding products (laser welding training will be provided).
- Completing Mig & Tig Welding duties
- Completing some mechanical assembly
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Fabrication work on the products
- Quality checking the products
- Relaying build issues to the production manager
- Any other duties as required
Welder Person Specification:
- Welding experience is essential
- Previous experience using a Laser Welder is preferred but not essential.
- Certificate or evidence of Welding training is required.
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- A good team player
- Strong attention to detail
