We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth.
Experience in business development is a nice to have. Knowledge of the regulatory landscape is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers within the financial markets sector through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their compliance challenges, assess their needs, and determine their fit for our software solutions.
- Communicate with compliance officers, risk managers, and other stakeholders to create interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain CRM records.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree and/or have at least 6 months of experience in a sales-related position, ideally within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech industry.
