An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Company. You will collaborate closely with various internal business units and stakeholders to design and implement robust compliance controls and foster a strong culture of compliance.
Reporting directly to senior leadership and engaging with regulators to ensure operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Working across Transformation delivery workstreams, prioritising Compliance resource, as appropriate.
- Supporting the identification and mitigation of Compliance Risks within the business Transformation programmes.
- Providing pragmatic, timely and actionable advice on Compliance Risks into Transformation programmes, working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
- Preparation of reporting on Compliance Risks within Transformation for Executive Committees and Boards, supporting the Head of Compliance.
- Strong regulatory compliance background working within 1st or 2nd line, ideally from a Retail Banking or Insurance background.
- Strong understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, controls, and related regulatory requirements.
