We are working on behalf of our client in London, an independent practice with an excellent reputation, who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS qualified) to join their team. This opportunity offers development into an Associate Director / Director.
Working hours: Full Time Hybrid working
Our client is offering the successful Chartered Building Surveyor up to £50,000 Basic Hybrid working, discretionary bonus, and career growth opportunities.
Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum MRICS or FRICS
- Dilapidations, Party Walls, defect diagnosis and General Building Surveys experience
- Experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial
