Senior Sales Manager - Client Management

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Estate Agency Location: Car Allowance: £3,600 per annum
Hours: Full-time (5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota)

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator/ ASM looking to step up into a leadership role.
You will be responsible for the full 360-degree sales process — from generating and converting valuations, securing new business, managing and progressing sales, to mentoring junior staff and driving branch performance.

Managing and converting leads to maintain strong sales pipelines
Negotiating offers and overseeing sales progression
Generating new business through local networking and proactive outreach
Supporting the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets
Proven track record in residential sales within estate agency
Excellent knowledge of the Colchester market (or local area experience)
A natural leader with strong commercial awareness
Full UK driving licence required
Competitive basic salary and strong commission potential
Car allowance of £3,600 per annum
