A leading provider in the construction materials testing and heavy industry sector is seeking a dynamic Business Unit (BU) Manager to oversee its Doncaster operations. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving commercial success, operational efficiency, and transformative growth at a key site. The BU Manager will be fully accountable for site performance, leading operational teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory and field-based operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving productivity improvements.
- Take full P&L responsibility for the Doncaster site, implementing strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue and budget targets.
