We are delighted to be supporting an award winning Financial Services organisation recruit a Customer Sales Advisor on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, ambitious customer service and/or sales professional to join a highly reputable organisation where you will work as part of a small team and play a vital role in supporting existing clients by providing expert guidance on protection products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting existing clients to discuss their mortgage protection needs and provide relevant advice.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and manage appointments efficiently to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and recommendations.
  • Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to clients to offer protection solutions and follow up on inquiries.
  • Providing expert guidance on Buildings & Contents (B&C) insurance, ensuring clients have the right coverage.
  • Working closely with mortgage advisers and other team members to deliver a comprehensive service.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for the following background/experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
  • Our client would consider individuals with experience from debt management, sales, telephony support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Comfortable asking open questions to truly identify customer needs.
  • Keep up to date with a range of products available and align to customers' requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Knowledge of protection products and B&C insurance is advantageous.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to delivering exceptional service.
