With studios across key international cities and a reputation for world-class creativity, this team is growing – and we’re looking for a talented Resource & Traffic Manager to join their buzzing London office.

The Opportunity

As the new Resource & Traffic Manager, you’ll be the glue between Creative, Projects and Production – ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of people and timelines across physical, hybrid, and digital campaigns. You’ll work on international projects that push creative boundaries, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to manage planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. With a blend of strategic thinking and logistical flair, you’ll drive better planning, better communication, and ultimately, world-class delivery. International travel may be part of the role, so flexibility and a global mindset are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading resource planning across Creative, Production and Project teams
  • Attending creative kick-offs and project meetings to understand and shape timelines
  • Creating and maintaining project plans and critical paths across departments and time zones
  • Forecasting workloads and freelance needs, and proactively identifying capacity issues
  • Using tools like Procim to produce reports and share insights with senior teams
  • Supporting project prioritisation and workload allocation across internal teams
  • Playing a key role in process improvement, resourcing strategy, and freelancer recruitment
  • Reporting on resourcing trends and project bottlenecks to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in a creative or experiential agency setting, in a similar Resource/Traffic/Project Ops role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Calm, clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Able to manage cross-functional teams, multiple time zones, and shifting project scopes
  • Skilled in project and resource management tools – experience with Procim is a big plus
