The Role
- Overseeing the print and fulfilment of annual reports, brand products and associated published material.
- Playing a collaborative position within the Emperor Print Team, liaising with Artwork, Account Management, Creative and external print/mailing suppliers.
- Clear, thoughtful communication between design, account management, artwork teams and external suppliers to help ensure the Emperor Print Team deliver high quality products, on time, at a commercially competitive rate.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Print Team Managers in the delivery of Emperor’s print and mailing requirements.
- Controlling the ever-changing print schedules and delivery requirements of allocated projects, while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain accurate print specifications in the purchasing software for print quotations.
Requirements:
- Extremely well organised.
- Calm disposition with an ability to manage multiple projects in a time pressure environment.
- Flexible and resilient attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently but also as part of a tight-knit team.
Measures of Success:
- Thorough understanding of print team processes following comprehensive print training.
- The safe delivery of the team's ARA production, accurately, on time and at a competitive rate – tracked, with a particular emphasis on the key Annual Reporting season March to May.
