Receptionist – West London Volvo Location: West London

Reports To: General Sales Manager

As the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the customer’s first impression of West London Volvo. Manage the dealership’s front desk and waiting area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with relevant literature.
Support the Sales, Aftersales, and Management teams with ad hoc tasks when required.

Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn dealership management systems.
