Are you a connector at heart with a passion for emerging technologies? We are hiring a Social Media & Community Lead to shape and grow a thriving global community within the Web3 space. This role calls for a confident communicator and strategic thinker, someone who can lead from the front and turn online communities into loyal, informed advocates.

Based in our London office, you will lead community strategy, foster meaningful engagement, and ensure our messaging resonates across digital platforms and in-person touchpoints.

  • Take ownership of global community growth and engagement across platforms including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Develop and lead impactful campaigns that inspire participation, drive loyalty, and support long-term community health.
  • Act as the bridge between users and the internal team gathering feedback, spotting trends, and ensuring the community voice influences product and marketing decisions.
  • Host and coordinate a variety of community-driven events such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure community needs and feedback are aligned with broader goals.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement, measure impact, and refine strategies based on clear data insights.

Deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems and the dynamics of blockchain communities is required. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and growing online communities, preferably across time zones and in remote-first environments. Direct experience moderating and leading conversations across key community platforms (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bonus points for fluency in other languages. A people-first mindset with a genuine interest in creating vibrant, inclusive, and informed communities.
