Recruiting for an experienced Pensions Technical Administrator / Paraplanner role with one of the UK's leading wealth management organisations, based in either their Bristol or Cirencester offices. This hybrid opportunity offers a brilliant blend of technical challenge, stakeholder interaction, and career development.

Joining a supportive team of around 15 people and reporting to the Helpline Support Manager, you'll provide technical pensions advice and guidance to internal stakeholders via Live Chat, email, and phone—supporting queries around the advice framework and delivering excellent service within agreed service levels.

You’ll also support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the business by:

  • Resolving technical and advice queries quickly and accurately
  • Leading improvements to tools and systems that help colleagues work more efficiently
  • Delivering tailored presentations to new and existing stakeholders
  • Providing in-depth support on complex queries via a dedicated consultation service
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on internal projects
  • Contributing to training delivery and drafting technical content

About You: We’re looking for someone with strong pensions expertise and excellent communication skills. Ideally, you’ll be:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (with a willingness to work towards Level 6)
  • Experienced in applying financial planning knowledge in a practical setting
  • Confident handling technical queries and explaining complex concepts clearly
  • Skilled in analysing queries and tailoring responses appropriately
  • A team player, confident leading training and sharing best practices

Knowledge of financial services products and advice frameworks would be beneficial.
