- Oversee the procurement, management, and delivery of all housing common areas and public realm facilities management services.
- Drive high standards of statutory and regulatory compliance and health and safety performance.
- Ensure a well-maintained and attractive residential estate.
- Develop and manage annual facilities management and estates management budgets and service charges.
- Advise on site-wide facilities management issues with respect to future development phases.
