We’re looking for an Electrical biased Quality Engineer to come and play a key role in the construction of a 150MW Battery Energy Storage System. The project – set to be Europe’s largest battery energy storage system – will contribute significantly to the UK’s grid resiliency and net zero targets. The role of a Quality Engineer includes: * Producing and reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) * Liaising with supply chain partners and clients to ensure we meet deadlines and maintain our high standards of work * Reviewing quality documentation produced by others and providing feedback to ensure if meets our standards and is approved by both our team and client * Conducting quality audits to ensure the Delivery team adheres to the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) What you’ll need: * Knowledge of Electrical Engineering specifications * Experience producing electrically focused ITP’s/ITR’s * Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is beneficial * Understand electrical and civil engineering principles and practices * Have excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills * A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
