As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.

What you’ll do:
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles

- Handle stock, cash processes, and inventory to ensure smooth shifts
