Customer Service Advisor โ€“ Newcastle โ€“ Temporary, permanent after 6 months.
My Client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team of Customer Service Advisors, where customers are at the heart of everything they do. Do you take pride in knowing youโ€™ve helped achieve the right outcome for a customer, especially when you get it right the first time?

What weโ€™re looking for in our Customer Service Advisors:

Friendly, helpful individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver excellent service and identify opportunities for improvement.
Driven to meet key performance indicators and contribute to the teamโ€™s success.

Pay Rate: Up to ยฃ15 / per hour PAYE
The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday โ€“ we usually work a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
