TSA Surveying are proud to be working in close partnership with a highly reputable and long-established property and planning consultancy to deliver best-in-class surveying services across the UK. They are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor / Associate Director based in central Cambridge. The role is offered on a flexible hybrid working basis and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, client-focused, and ready to thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including:
- Building surveys and defect analysis
- Contract administration and project management
- Coordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, and heritage
You’ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice on technical, financial, legal, regulatory, and sustainability matters relating to property and buildings
- Manage and administer construction contracts and feasibility studies
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Confident with technology and digital tools
- Holds a full, clean driving licence
