The skilled and proactive Digital Content Executive will manage content across both our Shopify-powered e-commerce site and our content-rich B2B platform(s). You’ll work at the heart of our digital operations, optimising user journeys, enhancing on-site performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful content and seamless experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Website & Content Management:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing updates, and promotions within Shopify.
- Manage content updates, ensuring brand consistency and optimised UX across all digital platforms.
- Implement structured content strategies to improve navigation, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with teams to ensure product availability.
- Develop and optimise landing pages for promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Enhance site structure and user journeys to drive engagement and online sales.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise layouts, calls-to-action, and product presentation.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, metadata, and image alt text.
- Work on technical SEO improvements, ensuring site speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper indexing.
- Use Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and SEO tools to monitor performance and drive strategy.
- Support on briefing external agencies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on content and e-commerce performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Create tangible testing plans to test and optimise UX improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Basic experience in web content management such as Squarespace and Shopify and Klaviyo or a similar email marketing software.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to create landing pages and website elements especially for CRO.
- Experience with SEO techniques for e-commerce websites, including on-page SEO, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to optimise content for both search engines and users.
Desirable skills:
- Design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit web assets.
