Senior Property Manager - Contract

Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Building strong tenant and landlord relationships, handling issues promptly
Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with Scottish property laws
Preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and managing expenses
Leading and mentoring a small property management team

At least 3 years’ property management experience, including 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Solid understanding of leases, budgeting, and property compliance in Scotland
Proficiency in property management software (SME, Fixflow, Inventorybase)
