This is a key leadership role at a pivotal time, as the practice enters a new phase of transformational growth. We\’re seeking a strategic, commercially minded finance leader to drive sustainable, profitable development through robust financial planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting across the firm Deliver accurate reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs Manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Ensure compliance and strong internal controls Oversee accounting, payroll, legal/insurance, and financial systems Support cross-departmental decision-making and instil financial discipline Coach senior leaders in budgeting and commercial best practices Ideal Candidate: Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in architecture, design, or engineering sectors Strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially astute Skilled in simplifying complex financial data Collaborative, confident, and purpose-driven Proven track record of driving performance in creative environments Preferred Experience: 10+ years in financial leadership Familiar with project-based systems (e.g. Rapport3) Strong UK accounting and tax knowledge Experience in creative or design-led businesses Exposure to capital raising, governance, or transformation If you meet the criteria listed above, please apply with a copy of your CV by pressing the apply button to be considered.
