Role Overview This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with vision and capability to drive our strategic priorities, support our skilled team, and strengthen our relationships across schools, families, and the wider music education sector. Candidate Profile We are looking for a Head of Service who: Has substantial experience leading in music or arts education settings at a senior or service-wide level. Creates a positive, supportive, and motivating working culture. Can lead an independent, not-for-profit organisation while balancing stakeholder interests and complying with Arts Council statutory requirements. Is financially savvy, innovative, and skilled in building collaborative partnerships. Is a passionate advocate for the impact of music on young people\’s lives.
