GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

As the Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator your key responsibilities are:

  • Accountable for all mains work requests being logged onto the system, planned, booked and expedited in a timely and efficient manner in line with operational requirements.
  • Raising of all the required job packs either electronically or manually depending on the works and systems in use.
  • Variations to the developer, tracking of these and ensuring receipt of payments.
  • Receiving and logging all Customer Queries both positive and negative.
  • Liaising with the MU team and wider business to resolve any issues.

About you:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on own or within a team.
  • Ability to prioritise their own workload and have strong attention to detail.
