We’re delighted to be working with this financial services business based in Solihull as they look to recruit some brand-new talent into their new-look marketing team. The Senior Marketing Performance Manager will be responsible for deep-dive analysis into the results of all marketing campaigns, initially across digital channels and later incorporating CRM. You’ll be seeking to demonstrate the value that marketing brings to the organisation and the causal input that drives it.
Experience and skills needed to be successful:
- Previous experience within a marketing role that has a strong focus on data analysis.
- Super-user of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerBI knowledge.
- Experience of AppsFlyer.
- Comfortable using test and learn methodology, A/B testing etc.
- Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable communicating and regularly presenting to senior stakeholders.
