Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join

our clients’ tax strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory
Prepare detailed tax computations and returns for both individual companies and groups using Alphatax software.
Calculate and advise on quarterly tax payments due throughout the year.
Stay updated on tax technical developments and communicate their implications to clients effectively.
Assist with the audit process for clients, liaising with third-party auditors as necessary regarding tax disclosures for statutory accounts.
Ensure timely billing of services provided.
ACA/ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified with a strong attention to detail.
Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Understanding of international tax issues such as CFCs, transfer pricing, and withholding tax is desirable.
Experience with R&D, group relief, and share scheme deductions is a plus.
